Intellemetrics is happy to announce it has just completed supply of an IL570-2 optical monitoring system with integrated test glass changer to Grand Ming Vacuum Technologies in Taiwan.
The optical monitor is integrated into Grand Ming’s 1.5m electron beam coater with ion assist. This is the latest in a series of Grand Ming coating chambers which include our optical monitors that is being supplied to major coating houses in Taiwan for the production of a wide range of high precision optical filters. The Intellemetrics optical monitor has been fully integrated into the Grand Ming control system for hands-free automated production of complex optical filmstacks.
