Instructions:

• Download the Intellemetrics Quick Support Application
• Save the file “Intellemetrics Quick Support.exe” to your PC or to the Intellemetrics Controller Module
• Make sure you are connected to the Internet
• Double click on the Intellemetrics Quick Support Icon
• Email or phone the ID and password to Intellemetrics to allow us to log onto your system and provide support.
